1962–1979 VW Headlight Housing Assembly

A solid headlight starts with a solid foundation. This reproduction headlight housing receiving assembly, commonly called the headlight bucket, is built to OE specifications to replace rusted, damaged, or worn originals on 1962-1979 VWs. Stamped from steel with a corrosion-resistant coated finish, it securely supports the headlight while providing the adjustment needed to properly aim the beam. That's especially important when an aging original bucket has rusted to the point that the headlight won't stay where it belongs. Designed to fit either the left or right side, this direct reproduction is a dependable choice for restoring proper headlight mounting, adjustment, and nighttime visibility while keeping your classic VW's lighting system working the way it should.
