It started with $500 and a trunk full of parts
In 1974 Mike Yager borrowed $500, filled the trunk of his Corvette with patches, emblems and manuals, and started driving to shows. Fifty years and more than 1,000,000 customers later, Mid America Motorworks is still family-owned in Effingham, Illinois for Corvette and VW enthusiasts everywhere.
