Broken or deteriorated mounts should be replaced immediately to avoid added strain placed on other mounts and driveline components. This mount has been accurately reproduced using modern manufacturing techniques to provide an incredible durability! Each mount is constructed from the highest quality rubber and steel available.
Properly secure your Corvette's engine to the frame rail bracket on each side. Two mounts are required to fully repair your C4's LT1, LT4, or LT5 engine. This direct replacement mount has been faithfully reproduced for accurate fitment.

NOTE: Factory style insulation must be used to protect hydraulic motor mounts from excessive heat. It is recommended to reuse your original insulators.
How to remove the motor mount according to GM:
- Raise and suitably support vehicle.
- Remove engine mount nuts from both sides.
- Disconnect catalytic converters from exhaust manifold assemblies and reposition.
- Raise engine enough for mount studs to clear crossmember.
- Remove engine mount through-bolt/screw and nut.
- Remove engine mounts, heat shield, and any spacers (if necessary).
- Remove engine bracket bolts/screws and bracket.
NOTICE: When raising or supporting the engine for any reason, do not use a jack under the oil pan, crankshaft pulley, or any sheet metal. Due to small clearance between the oil pan and the oil pump screen, jacking against the oil pan may cause it to be bent against the pump screen resulting in damaged oil pickup unit.
