Our Oil Strainer Screen is a direct fit reproduction for your Air Cooled VW. The inner diameter of the oil horn on the bottom of this strainer is 16mm. 1300cc-1600cc.
Tech Note:
You can easily tell if you have a dual relief case or a single relief case by looking at the bottom of your engine case, there are nickel-sized caps with a flat screw driver slot facing toward the ground. If there is only one, it is single relief case, two is a dual relief case. One plug is located toward the front of the engine near the oil pump and the other is located back by the rear main-flywheel.
