Our Pertronix Flame-Thrower complete Electronic Distributors are designed for maximum ignition performance and easy installation at a price you can afford. Now you can replace the entire outdated points ignition in your 1958-1974 Chevrolet Corvette with one of our performance proven complete Flame-Thrower Electronic Distributors. These units feature CNC machined 6061 T-6 polished billet housings and has the Non-Vacuum Advance as well as the Ignitor II pre-installed. Also includes a sylish Black Distributor Cap.
Our Ignitor II Electronic Ignition Kit has you covered. The Pertronix Ignitor II has many of the same great features of the original Ignitor, except it's smarter. Our Ignitor II units sense the coil current level and use a powerful micro controller to adjust the dwell. Variable dwell helps to maintain peak energy throughout the entire RPM range. Compared to a standard points ignition the Ignitor II system develop up to 4 times more energy between 3,000 and 5,000 RPM.

- Upper ball bearing and extra long oil impregnated bronze lower bushing work together to reduce friction and high RPM Vibration.
- Precision stamped advance weights eliminate erratic timing.
- Adjustable mechanical advance with proprietary limiting functions permits multiple settings. Distributors are factory set with a performance advance curve and are provided with additional springs for custom advance curves.
