This is the Header Bar Bonding Strip, made of Press Molded Fiberglass and ready to rivet to the metal header bar and bond to hood surround.

This piece is riveted and bonded to the metal bar first, then it is bonded as a unit to the top hood surround. Before doing this, the alignment of the headlight buckets must be considered.
