2014-2019 C7 Curb Alert Parking Sensor

No more embarrassing expensive parking lot accidents It's happened to all of us. You pull up too close to a curb and you hear that ominous SCRAAAAPE. Sometimes, you'll remember to pull away slowly when you return and avoid further damage. But if you drive a sports car with a low front end you can hook your lower fascia and experience one of the worst automotive emotions possible backing up and having the curb rip your lower valence panel or even your entire fascia from the car!  It happens every day, to innocent drivers, which is exactly the core frustration for the Corvette owner and Curb-Alert inventor who approached us and asked us to help him commercialize his new invention. We thought it was clever, and useful. When we showed it to friends and family and the reaction was overwhelming. Why hasn't someone thought of this before?

With our 2014-2019 Corvette Curb-Alert Parking Sensor, you'll no longer have to worry about damaging your Stingray's front bumper when pulling up to or leaving a curb or approaching the end of a steep driveway. Using Infrared LED technology, the Curb-Alert curb sensor will reliably detect when you are getting too close to a curb and warn you with a short series of audible beeps, preventing expensive damage to your vehicle. Adjustable warning distance from 8-28 inch curb distances. Sophisticated weather-proof single infra-red sensor design.

Easy self-calibration to curb warning distance of your choice. Easy to re-set the calibration distance once installed without reinstallation. Draws 35 milli-amps when activated and includes auto shut-off feature the turns the sensor off 3 minutes after engine is turned off. Built-in sensor failure indicator alerts you if the sensor has stopped working for any reason. Sophisticated software programming eliminates false alarms from sunlight and random disturbances. Sensor measures 1.5 L x 1.5 W x 7/8" H. Comes complete with all necessary installation hardware and detailed step-by-step installation and adjustment instructions.
