Our remanufactured Corvette Rochester Quadrajet Carburetors are a direct replacement for the original carburetor on 1981 Corvettes.This carburetor is for 1981 Corvettes with Electronic choke and NOT delivered to California and without YF5 emissions RPO.

These Rochester Quadrajet Carburetors are rebuilt to OE specs with new choke, gaskets, and other "wear parts", and will help finish that mechanical restoration and give your Corvette the correct period look. Each carburetor is flow tested and calibrated for the specific engine and year application. One-year warranty. No core charge, no need to return your old Corvette carburetor!

NOTE: 1981 Quadrajets Built For California Emissions (Option YF5) Have The Electronic Mixture Control Valve. The 1981 Cal Emission Carburetor Mixture Control Valve  has a round electrical connector port. Quadrajets Built For Corvettes Sold Outside California Do Not.

NOTE: Always purge fuel line by cranking engine before connecting to new carburetor or after any carburetor service.  Most carburetor service failures are due to immediate rust/dirt contamination caused by the high volume of fuel transfer during initial float bowl fill.
