Nothing is more frustrating than having a hood release cable snap on your C3! We have seen it happen too many times. This is why we designed our 1977-1982 Corvette Emergency Release Cables.
A simple solution so you can have peace of mind knowing you can open your Corvette's hood at any time by simply pulling on your emergency lanyards. Installation is fast and easy.
Kit consists of two stainless steel cables. One cable attaches underhood from latch to latch, the other from the interior of your Corvette to the hood cable emergency release cable underhood to enable operations.
The stainless steel braided cable main cable is approximate 37" in length, pull cable with loop is approximately 13-1/2 inches and is 1/16" in diameter.
