This Wiper Door Actuator entered production in late 1968 and continued through mid-1969 production. The late 1968-early 1969 style is the canister design with a straight vacuum tube and has 5/16-18 threads on the actuator shaft. The early 1968 design is similar but has 1/4" threads on the actuator shaft and the late 1969-early 1971 style is shaped more closely to resemble the "pie pan" style headlight door actuators. .
