Rusted rear Corvette alignment shims and forward trailing arm bolts make alignment changes difficult or impossible, but without such periodic adjustments, your Corvette will experience accelerated rear tire wear and poor handling. Our 1963-82 Stainless Steel Corvette Trailing Arm Shim set will not rust, will improve handling, and will make periodic re-alignment much easier. In addition, The pivot bolts included in this kit are 2 of the most important pieces of hardware on your Corvette. Located at the nose of the trailing arm these two bolts transfer all of the forces of the rear wheels to propel or push your Corvette forward during acceleration!
