1963-1967 Clutch Linkage Kit Heavy Duty with Heim Joints
For those of us who own muscle cars a lot of the fun of ownership is driving the classic. If you are like many other enthusiasts you have become use to the smooth action of a hydraulic clutch on a modern car which has an
easy, smooth feel that adds to the enjoyment of running through the gears. You can’t say that about many of the “muscle cars of the 60’s and 70’s. In fact they can be a real nightmare.
The solution is RodLinks replacement clutch linkages clutch linkage engineered with spherical rod ends at every major friction joint. No more metal to metal, instead a chrome spherical bearing which runs against a Teflon impregnated bearing race that accomplishes several things.
1. Much lower friction than possible even when the factory linkage was new and properly lubricated.
2. The bearing race in the rod end is self cleaning, which means the grime and road dirt under the car do not make it into the moving parts.
3. No lubrication required, ever.
Included in the kit:
* Upper & lower pushrods
* Low friction Teflon coated spherical rod ends.
* All necessary hardware.
