1960-1962 Rear Sway Bar to Frame Mounting Bracket
At the beginning of the 1960 model year production, GM began installing Rear Sway Bars to improve the ride quality and handling. The addition of the rear sway bar had a profound effect on the C1's balance, in addition to making the vehicle feel lighter and more stable.
This is the bracket that the sway bar end link is bolted to. This mount is welded to the frame. You can add a bar to an earlier car for better handling.
