Helpful Hint: Volkswagen Bus Headliner's come as a Panel Van Kit. They do NOT have any of the Windows cut out. When purchasing this Headliner you will need to cut out the Windows (Skylights if present also) by yourself or by your Headliner Installer. So whether you have an 11, 13, 15, 21 or 23 Window, this Headliner will fit your Bus.
