This Beetle and 2000cc Bus catalytic converter clamp is for fuel injected Beetles and Buses. It is installed where the cat or collector to muffler pipe meets the muffler.

Tech Note: Due to the high temperature Exhaust Systems endure, their fasteners tend to corrode quickly. Don't forget to use "Anti Seize Lubricant" when you are replacing Exhaust Components. You will thank yourself for thinking ahead.
