If you like the great looks of the earlier 5/20 5 bolt pattern wheels on your ride, plus the unsurpassed stopping power of disc brakes, these “Wide 5” Disc Brake Conversion Kits give you the best of both worlds!
The conversion kit includes 2 one piece rotors, 2 calipers with mounting brackets and mounting hardware, brake pads, 2 parking brake cables and 2 sets of wheel bearing seal kits.

- For Front Kit see 313-318
- When installing Disc Brake Kits the Front Brakes should be priority as these take the most load.
- When installing Rear Disc Brakes Master Cylinder should be upgraded to 20.60mm. 325-036 or 319-246 or 313-732 dependent on your model
