Interesting VW Window Glass Fact: In 1965 the Beetle Sedan received an all new Windshield, Rear Window and Quarter windows.

New for 1965 windshield is curved to assist in glare reduction and was approximately 11% larger than the earlier flat windshields.

New for 1965 Beetle Sedan (1965-1971?) was a rear window that was 20% larger for better rearward visibility.

And for another appearance and visibility change in 1965 (1965-1977), the Beetle Sedans rear quarter windows were 18% larger than prior years.
