1949-1977 Tow Bar fits 2 Inch Ball Hitch
With this 1949-1977 Tow Bar, you can easily tow your VW safely and securely! This bar is designed to work with king pin or ball joint front ends to comfortably fit Standard Beetles, Buggy, and Things! A 2" ball is required to properly secure this tow bar and is not included.

Towing Notes: Do not tow a fully automatic VW with the rear wheels on the ground or it will cause damage to the transmission. Never back up with using a VW Towbar. If you have to back up, disconnect first. Make sure your steering column won't lock if you are flat-towing your VW, also make sure the E-brake is off and it's in Neutral.
