1967-1979 FlameThrower II Chrome Ignition Coil 12V 0.6 Ohm OIL 45k Volt
Our Chrome Flame-Thrower II Ignition Coil features a very low resistance which makes it the ideal coil for Ignitor II ignition systems as well as many other high performance ignitions. Low resistance and improved turns ratio help to produce up to 45,000 volts. This higher voltage enables you to run larger spark plug gaps for added power and better fuel economy. Compatible with most discharge box capacities.

Tech Note: What is the difference between OIL filled and EPOXY filled ignition coils?
OIL filled ignition coils must be mounted upright. They allow greater heat control for street driven vehicles.
EPOXY filled ignition coils can be mounted in any direction, even upside down. They are recommended for off-road or high vibration situations.
