TECH NOTE: This carpet set is designed to fit the factory layout for 1956-1968 Standard Beetle sedans. Any modifications done to sections such as the floor pans and heater channels can cause the possibility of incorrect fitment. We have noticed several modifications to the floor pans and heater channels as well as early model seat mounts welded in late model vehicles and vice versa. We have also seen late model heater channels in an early model car and vice versa. Modifications as described can cause carpets sets to not fit for years specified.
